Instrumental students honored

Instrumental students received recognition at this year’s Instrumental Awards Banquet for their contributions to the band and orchestra program. Special recognition goes to 12 students who received the most prestigious awards at the banquet.

Coach Sumbera reaches 900-win milestone

Frank Sumbera, Grosse Pointe North’s varsity baseball and varsity football coach, has achieved another great mile stone in his career as a high school baseball coach. On May 22, 2010 he achieved his 900th win in high school baseball when the Norsemen defeated the Warren Cousino Patriots 7-2.
